This is a lovely purpose-built self-contained Cottage in a semi-rural area in the Shivapuri hills just north of the Kathmandu. The space is part of a property with 3 other Cottages on the hillside and comes with TV, wireless speaker, open plan kitchenette & lounge, shower, terrace, small garden.

We require a minimum 2 night stay and we encourage longer stays to fully appreciate the surrounding area. We are ideal for long stays if you want to do some creative work or simply to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Cottage is ideal for a single person or couple or a family with young children. Children can sleep in the lounge area on the “sofas”.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee in the Cottage and there is a fridge available for other supplies in the Kitchenette. A full Breakfast is provided up at our Jasmine House Terrace free of charge. Dinner is also included and lunch if required is charged extra. Meals are taken “family-style” and can be a fun and social time.

Lovely walks are available in the surrounding villages and National Park and we have a Spa with a cool water plunge pool. We also have a hot water Jacuzzi available at extra cost

US$ 170.00 per night per twin/double room & US$ 140.00 for single occupancy.
